Wovenflex Extra PVC/NBR through-the-weave hoses is designed for water discharge, and irrigation, construction etc. The construction is circular polyester weave extruded internally and externally with PVC-NBR.

It can be made from 100% high tenacity synthetic yarn circular woven and completely, protected and locked-in by tough highly resistant synthetic nitrile rubber, forming a single homogenous construction without the use of glues or adhesives of any type.The ribbed cover is for flexibility and abrasion resistant.

The features are as follows,

Elongation at WP:<1.5%
Expansion at WP:<5%
